This blog will chronicle my journey of discovery as I seek out the greatest craft-brewed beers and brewmasters in British Columbia, Cascadia, and beyond.

This humble forum will also serve as a companion to my beer column “BC Hophead,” which currently appears in Victoria BC-based foodie magazine EAT.

My goal is to convey the sights, sounds, thrills and spills -- and yes, the pathos -- of a grown man confronting the reality that there are so many worthy craft beers, yet so little time to quaff them all.
